I can't say enough good things about this hotel in Siem Reap. The location was ideal, with easy access to many of the city's top attractions. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always willing to offer recommendations or assistance. The hotel's restaurant was also a highlight, with a great menu and cozy atmosphere. Very friendly helpful and respectful staff. Felt very welcome from the beginning. Location is 10 min walk from Pub Street which was ideal. Facilities were amazing. Tidy and well maintained. I had an excellent time here

The staff is incredibly helpful in this nice hotel. The building is positioned perfectly, a 10 minute walk from the busy city-centre. The pool looks great, the rooms have a lot of space and the bathroom was spacious too. The rooms are cleaned every day. Overall I'd stay again.

Its my second time to stay here and each time its special. I consider this place as my home in Siem Reap. The rooms are spacious. Theyre clean. The luscious garden was very relaxing, the pool was great. Waking up every morning and looking at the place and hearing birds chirping was an amazing experience. Everyone was nice, smiling and just ready to help. Almost everyone spoke English so communication will not be a problem. Pubstreet was like a 10 minute walk away or 3 minutes by tuktuk. There is a restaurant in the hotel but there are mini stores beside the hotel too. I cant imagine staying at a different hotel when I'm in Siem Reap. Will keep coming back!

A lovely oasis of peace and calm just 5 minutes away on foot from night market, pub street, the food court and all the restaurants and eateries. We loved being able to walk out of the hotel into the middle of it all! The pool was wonderful to come back to after a hit day sightseeing. Staff very attentive and helpful organising ongoing travel, tours and laundry. Breakfast was plentiful and coffee was good. I didn’t have time to try the spa as I was travelling with kids but would have loved to. Worth spending a little more on the larger rooms which are very comfortable.

Room was really spacious and clean. The pool was also clean, and towels were provided on the lounge chairs. AC worked well. Location is great, about 10 min walking to pub street with tons of restaurants. Far enough away from the action that the room is very quiet/tranquil. Staff is extremely helpful. David answered all my questions and went out of his way to make sure my stay was going well.

Just returned from a visit to Siem Reap. We stayed at this property. It was wonderful. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The free bus pickup was on time and easy to spot (sign in hand). Our room was clean and comfortable, the bed was big, and the room itself was overall spacious. The internet was working fine, and the location of the hotel is easy to get around. The pub street was less than 10 minutes away from us. The pool area was relaxing and just what we needed after long, hot hours of touring. I only had one spa treatment - a full body massage - the last morning, but wished I had booked several because it was fantastic.

During my first visit to Cambodia, I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it exceeded my expectations. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, promptly escorting us to our room upon arrival. The rooms were spacious, clean, and featured a unique touch with a balcony bath overlooking the pool area. The poolside seating provided a relaxing spot to unwind with a cocktail. Breakfast hours from 7am to 11am were the longest I've come across and catered to various schedules. The staff truly went above and beyond to assist with organizing activities and transportation, even arranging our bus to Phnom Penh at short notice and with no extra charge. If you're seeking a budget-friendly option without compromising on luxury in Siem Reap, I highly recommend this hotel.
